Abstract Submission Easy 2-Step Process

Step 1 Obtain an ID Number
This is mandatory. Please complete the online submission form by providing us with your contact information. An ID Number and a Password will appear on the next screen. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon completion and submission of this form. Please note that only the corresponding author will receive e-mails concerning the submission and is thus responsible for informing all co-authors of the status of the submission.
If you find an error, please modify your information by clicking on Modify/Correct Submission Information and entering your ID Number and Password. The ability to obtain an ID Number or upload your Abstract will close on January 23, 2016 February 12, 2016.

Step 2 Submit Your Abstract
All abstracts are to be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF) on-line via this website. Abstract will not be accepted by e-mail, fax or post. Once your paper has been successfully uploaded, you will be sent a confirmation email. Again, the ability to submit the paper will close on January 23, 2016 February 12, 2016.

Preparation of Your Abstract

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings to be distributed at the conference.




(1) Writing Your Abstract

The Proceedings will be produced from the electronic PDF file that you will submit to the web-site.
Please follow the guideline so we could maintain uniformity in the page layouts of the proceedings.
*All manuscripts for the proceedings must be prepared on A4 page size
*Prepare up to four 1 pages of text with word count of around 600 words and 1 page of figures.
*Do NOT number your pages.
*Do NOT use HYPERLINK in your manuscript.


(2) Convert the abstract into a PDF file

All abstracts submitted via web-site must be converted into PDF file. The web-site does not accept other format files.

After the file is successfully converted into PDF, please check to see if all the fonts used are embedded properly.

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT password protect your PDF file. Password protected file cannot be included in the publication.
